Anchorage Alaska, 1700 people on the streets. One shelter was shut down. The situation is dire. It was shut down not because of the migrants as far as i know but because of the lack of funds. Its crazy how a city cand find warm places in the winter for these people. Many look native from the area.
And yeah there would be places to stay but they need to sober up. Crazy.
