Google Firebase Vs Internet Computer

As a developer, I have been using Firebase as my database to quickly bootstrap my startup. However, with the recent discovering of Internet Computer, I have decided to migrate the CityXcape database from Google Firebase to Internet Computer. Given this is such a huge technical decision, I have decided to share it with the audience so I can obtain feedback and provide practical perspective to the Internet Computer fans out there.
