Dear Savvy, because of the fentanyl crises in America, my son fell victim to this drug. I feel hopeless. He is 25 and has moved back in with me. He cannot hold a job. He lies and says he is not doing the drug and I know he is. I am afraid he is going to die. I feel powerless.
