SUPER FRESH egg and cheese sandwich thanks to my chickens

I eat eggs daily which is one reason I really enjoy having a flock of chickens. In this video I make a simple toasted egg and cheese sandwich. Sometimes I throw in onions and peppers while cooking the eggs but I wasn't feeling it today. I'm a big fan of cast iron cooking!
