French farmers rage despite PM’s latest promises

Protesting farmers have blocked highways leading to Paris in a bid to make the government address their long list of grievances.

Under growing pressure, French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal made a series of promises to the protesters in front of parliament. However, the farmers were still not satisfied with what he said… oh, crop!
