In This Video, I'm Making a Homemade Metal Foundry With Empty Gas Cylinder
I decided to make a Charcoal furnace using an empty gas cylinder because it's totally cheap, I may use it inside my workshop, From this metal foundry I also may control temperature and I don't have to worry about the lack of gas or electric shots.

The furnace works perfectly, after an hour of preheating the temperature is ready to melt aluminum. A FOUNDRY is a factory that produces metal castings. Metals are cast into shapes by melting them into a liquid, pouring the metal into a mold, and removing the mold material or casting after the metal has solidified as it cools. The most common metal processed is aluminum.

An external case is a bit warm but it doesn't pose a problem in using it. I heat workshop in winter so I won't have a problem with it :)
I am going to use this furnace mostly to cast aluminum, later I am going to use it on the lathe.

Things I used:
o. An Empty Simple Gas Cylinder.
o. Plaster of Paris.
o. Empty Plastic Bin.

Charcoal foundries can reach temperatures in excess of 1,000ºC, which is well above the melting point of hobbyists. This project should only be attempted with adequate knowledge and training, proper protective safety gear, and in a fire-resistant area with adequate ventilation.
