The first 3 seasons are busy enough with lots of things to do.
The Winter season is a great time to catch up on my canning.
We do can some tomatoes in the summer, but leave the heavy bulk of it for the winter months.

For months I've been planning on making my Catsup and Tomato Sauce, but had a change of plans.
We love Indian food and thought it would be good to use some of the tomatoes for making a curry.
