A simple plant that follows me where I go
This lovely red Amaranth ornamental was volunteer a few years ago and when I moved it did not make the trip
But I prayed it might be in the compost and once the compost bin I brought up here settled and walla! this lovely popped up this year just outside the compost buckets
The Stages of compost from simple kitchen scraps and mulch is all I use and some dirt if there are too many flies and yucky bugs and smell
The composted soil consistently has more moisture retention in it
