New Colorado Bill to HIDE Predator IDENTITY If They Change Gender!

Colorado House Bill 1071 will allow offenders the change their name if they simply change their gender, allowing them to hide in plain sight. This is obviously a serious problem and should not be passed. Let's discuss.
