2 ways The Credit Bureaus Volunteer to delete public records from your credit report

In 2015 the 3 national credit bureaus were sued by 31 States attorney generals. They reach a major settlement to fix certain issues that affects the credit reports of consumers. One of the issues they pledged to fix is how they report public records. In this video I give two of the main concessions they gave relating to public records.
