Referring to the E. Jean Carroll verdict, Revolver News founder Darren Beattie
calls the situation unbearably dumb. "The thing about this defamation suit, it was from an alleged claim from 1995, that he [President Trump] went into a dressing room with some woman, and, of course, she only brings it up when Trump becomes a political lighting rod attacked by every powerful institution in the country," Beattie said. "She's awarded $87 million? That is more than the GDP of some third world countries, and they give it to this old woman? For some dressing room incident 30 years ago that in all likelihood never even happened?"
