Bobby Charles: Judicial activism is not good for America

AMAC Spokesman and former Assistant Secretary of State Bobby Charles says judges appointed by former President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden are preemptively making decisions based on politics. “We expect our judicial branch to be a check on the political branch. We do not expect it to be political,” says Charles. “And when we talk about judicial activism, that is politics on the bench."
