“A Proppa Krumpin!!” Aka, “The Back Meats.”

I’m in a particularly “Orky” mood today folks. I’m a big kid. Let me play 😁

So anyway, after subverting my ego and doing some light, controlled pressing yesterday, today is pulling so I get to cut loose and give the weights “A Proppa Krumpin!”

I started with Hammer Strength ISO-Rows or what I like to think of as “plate-loaded arm drag to submission pulls.”

I pull these hard and fast on the concentric, and slow the eccentric as much as I’m able with each side weighing more than my whole body. Today was a lifetime PR for whatever reason, and I pulled 5 sets of 10+ reps each arm. This was the first time in months where lifting actually had me breathing kind of hard. That’s very unusual with my level of conditioning at this point. Disruption has occurred 😁

After the rows I accumulated a ton of fatigue. This is after the bike, toes to bar and I’m still fasted so I did some wide grip pulldowns, moderately heavy for sets of 10+ reps and called it a day.

Less than 48 hours into the week and I’m 31 miles under resistance on the bike, 200 Toes to Bar and 25 sets, “STUCK IN!! 😃
