This week, I challenged myself to cook something delicious with what I normally have on hand, which is dumpling wrappers, cheese, and canned corn. What I came up with is called Corn Cheese ManDu (콘치즈 만두) in Korean. Not only it is easy and fun to make, the flavor is amazing with just a few ingredients. I am glad that I could use my old dumpling wrappers from my freezer which needed to be used. hehe If you want to try something different with your dumpling wrappers, try this recipe.

📕 Corn Cheese Dumplings (Yield: 20 Pieces)

Main Ingredients:
* 20 Dumpling Wrappers (만두피)
* 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (모짜렐라 치즈)
* ⅔ Cup Canned Sweet Corn (옥수수 통조림)
* 2 Tbsp Onion (양파)
* 1 tsp Jalapeño Pepper (Optional) (할료페뇨 고추)
* 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (마요네즈)
* ½ Tbsp Sugar (설탕)
