You either consider "Soul Food" a black thing or not. Every year when lunch ladies try to pay homage to black culture, they're labeled as racist for trying to serve "soul food" which is absolutely associated with black culture. Chicken and Waffles were actually created in the south and first served in a restaurant owned by Aretha Franklin. Everyone loves friend chicken.
