The restaurant offers a strong focus on providing healthy and authentic Indian meals. The flavor imparted to their meats and seafood comes from a tandoor fresh, tastily marinated, and flame-broiled to perfection. Their menu offers the many flavors and aromas of Northern India.

It is prepared with several layers of rice, some kind of spiced meat, paneer, or vegetables, and some added richness with ghee or yogurt, and then finally slow-cooked to perfection.
