Speaking that evening were former UN Ambassador Alan Keyes, Chief Justice Roy S. Moore, Alabama Supreme Court, the Honorable Howard Phillips and Maryland Delegate Don Dwyer.

Michael Anthony Peroutka is founder of the Institute on the Constitution.

He addressed the people in the afternoon regarding the need to train American lawyers to understand the Nature and Source of American Law. His speech, "One Million Lawyers!?" is available on the Peroutka 2004 Campaign DVD, Volume 1."
