One Za'abeel is a new mixed-use development that includes residential apartments, luxury office space, retail outlets and a premium hotel managed by the One & Only brand.

The building consists of a 67-story and a 57-story tower, at the base of which there is a three-level podium.

A key feature of the complex is a steel bridge connecting the two high-rise buildings, called The Link.

The structure is located at a height of 100 meters above the ground, while an impressive section of the bridge protrudes beyond the tower and seems to float in the air.
