West London All Stars take 1st place in Section 1 at the KKKA ( Kaapse Klopse Karnival Association) competition.

Philadelphians Minstrels from Grassy Park who have been out of competition for 8 years took 2nd place and Exquisite Golden Gate Entertainers took 3rd place.

Athlone Stadium hosted the final round on Saturday January 27, where teams participated in the last few categories such as Juvenile Combined Chorus, Adult Coon Song, Best Band and Group Song.
