Man in the hat connected to demon in white house?

If your someone that loves ghost stories then you have heard of The man in a hat. What if their is a line that might connect this demon to the white house? A place of power that some wish harm too. An a Demon that shows up when something awful is coming your way. What the thin line that may connect them? Take a few short minutes to hear my thoughts on it.
