Driver arrested for driving through crime scene

CAPE CORAL, Fla. --- Cape Coral Police arrest a North Fort Myers woman who they say ran through a crime scene of a serious crash and almost caused another accident.  Officers were responding to a serious car crash near the 4400 block of Vincennes Boulevard when 41-year-old Pamela J. Smith, drove through the scene at a high rate of speed.
