Weight loss and on the road to being more fit! Down 80 lbs!

Here's walk #1. I will be attempting to walk three days a week. I chose Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so I could have the weekend off to do as I please. I'll be starting with a short 20 minute walk this week and next. We will be building the time up as my strength improves and regains tone. Today I'm walking with my English Labrador Retriever. His name is Chuck. Short for Chucklehead. He's still a puppy at two years old and has a lot to learn.
