Rat Tail File with Corncob Handle

I found this rusty rat tail file with a loose corncob handle in a used tool bin at a thrift store. I had never seen a file with a corncob handle before. I have led a sheltered life apparently as I have learned they are common. Here is my attempt to make it usable.
