14 oz of bread and 00 flour (1:1)
1tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
1 cup warm water (about 110-120F)

Combine everything into a cohesive dough. Let it rise for about 90 minutes. Divide dough on two and grease well. Roll our dough on pizza sheet with toppings and bake without cheese for 8 minutes. Add cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
