James Sowery Sentenced to 10 Months

James Sowery, a man with no criminal record, a single father of two kids, with no breaches of his conditions, just sentenced to 10 months in jail.

He was charged with assault with a weapon for accidentally driving over a traffic cone at a police checkpoint.

This is a f*cking outrage.
