Soul Speak with Talya Pardo, Season 2, Episode 7: Tamar Field-Gersh, Making Noise in Business

In this episode, I spoke with Tamar Field-Gersh, a life and business coach living in Israel. We spoke about her work with her clients, what she does with them and how that work has changed since the attacks in Israel on Oct 7th.

Tamar shared with me how she has had to adjust her coaching methods to help her clients deal with the added stress and anxiety caused by the attacks. She emphasized the importance of creating a safe space for her clients to express their emotions and fears, while also helping them to stay focused on their goals and aspirations.

As we delved deeper into the conversation, Tamar highlighted the need for compassion and empathy in business. She explained how businesses can create a positive impact in the world by being kind and inclusive, and how this can also be beneficial for the bottom line.
