It is clear from his current policies- that Biden has ALWAYS been an enabler- he obviously learned to move that as an income source for himself. THe entire Dem philosophy is about enabling rather than TEACHING and UPLIFTING. I have to also say that some of our BILLIONAIRES have ammassed their wealth by inequitable distribution of the gross profits- OR from overpricing/underproducing or tactics like Microsoft and Windows 7 being the SOLUTION for all the problems created by the Windows VISTA abomination- THAT should have been a total recall just like automotive!
