In this video, I breakdown of the Canadian Federal Court Decision declaring Trudeau's use of the Emergency Act illegal and what they aren't telling you! Although the Federal Court declared the proclamation, regulation and order ultra vires, and parts of the regulation contrary to the Charter of Freedoms, the TRUTH IS THE DECISION is a road map to greater state power and a how-to manual to crush future protests. I demonstrate evidence in the regulation itself of bad faith on the part of the government and that the protest wasn't about the clearing supply chains, diesel fumes or the presence of trucks in Ottawa... the Act was use to crush political dissent... and it will happen again!
