Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/4 cup cooked ham, diced
1/4 cup bell peppers, diced (assorted colors)
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Saute Vegetables:
In a pan, sauté diced ham, bell peppers, and onions over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Set aside.
Whisk Eggs:
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then whisk until well combined.
Cook Eggs:
In a skillet over medium heat, add butter. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan.
