I already have way too much research and too many stories for this ongoing adventure outside the Constitution, again. But since Washington DC seceded from the States back on J6 with a Coup d'Etat, they've been an illegal occupation government ever since. See my next Substack article for details.

The point is that no one is following the State or Federal Constitutions:
* Congress makes the rules and directs operations of the military.
* Immigration is not an exclusive power of the feds, only uniform rules of naturalization.
* The President is not Commander in Chief until a Declaration of War.
* The Supreme Court has no role in border enforcement or protection.
* The State of Texas has a sovereign border with Mexico and is empowered to repel any invasion.

That should get us started.
