The Oscars Snub Barbie and Woke Journalists Cry!

The 2024 Academy Awards nominations came out recently and for whatever reason, Barbie snagged 8 nominations. It's staggering to see such an awful film get nominated in so many categories, but to the weirdos they are trying to placate, it's simply not good enough. Greta Gerwig's atrocious directing wasn't nominated and Margot Robbie wasn't acknowledged for her lackadaisical performance, so it's a grave injustice of the patriarchy, obviously.

Ryan Gosling got the Best Supporting Actor nod, but because he is a man, he must self flagellate and prop up his less talented female counterparts. Not to mention Gerwig and Robbie are nominated in other categories, but that's not the point.

Woke Hollywood is never satisfied and nor will they until they get everything they want. But if they do, it will be the end of the industry as we know it. But is that really such a bad thing anymore?
