Out of Control

Hey doobies, I know I promised a cookie recipe in my last vlog, but I haven't yet developed one of my own just yet-- still recipe testing, and will be ready by next week's vlog! :)

Spam Kimchi Fried Rice

1½ can spam
2 cups day old rice
1 cup fermented kimchi
2 eggs
1 packet of salted seaweed

Sauce

1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp gochugaru
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil

Shakshuka
1 onion, diced
6 garlic cloves, leave 1 for garlic yogurt
1 can whole or pureed tomato
2 eggs pinch of salt n pepper
herbs of choice

Garlic Yogurt Sauce
1½ cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, microplaned or finely chopped pinch of salt n pepper
Bake at 180C for 15 minutes!
