Introduction:

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives for garnish
Optional: Shredded cheese of your choice
Instructions:
Cook Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it's crispy. Remove from the pan and crumble it.
Prepare Ingredients:
Slice the avocado, halve the cherry tomatoes, and set aside.
Whisk Eggs:
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then whisk until well combined.
Cook Eggs:
In the same skillet, add butter over medium heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan.
Add Bacon and Tomatoes:
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the eggs. Add the halved cherry tomatoes.
Layer Avocado:
Arrange the sliced avocado over one half of the omelet.
Optional Cheese:
If you love cheesy omelets, sprinkle shredded cheese over the avocado side.
Fold and Cook:
Once the edges of the omelet start setting, carefully fold it in half, covering the bacon, tomatoes, and avocado. Cook until the eggs are fully set.
