Frozen Heart - Disney Speedstorm - Season Five - Let it Go (Chapter 8)

Wow, I had heard that this chapter was hard, but I wasn't quite prepared for how hard it actually turned out to be. I know this is a "Free-to-play" game, but it's starting to feel like it's "Pay-to-play". This is getting ridiculous! They recommend a level 29 Oswald for a "Last Man Standing" race when Oswald was just released a couple of months ago? And the only way to get more shards is by playing Ranked Multiplayer? (Which I've done, by the way. I've got him to Emerald rank, but it's almost impossible to get higher when he's stuck at level 25, but is racing against level 35+ racers.)
