“He remembers His covenant forever, the word which He commanded, for a thousand generations; The Covenant, which He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac, and confirmed it to Jacob for a statue, to Israel as an everlasting covenant.” Psalms 105:8-10
Covenant is the main theme throughout the Bible.
1. God is the author of Covenant relationship.
2. It is all His idea.
3. God’s love for man (His creation) is the motivating factor behind the Covenant.
4. God could have just started all over again; but instead, He chose a plan of recovery and redemption that we all enjoy today.
