The "Compact" has been broken. The U.S. Constitution is a contract that one side (run by Biden) has egregiously violated by fomenting an invasion of the States. We owe no obedience to tyrants who do not keep with with We the People or the various states. Biden & Company are an internal enemy of the U.S. Constitution.
