Documents Show Liberals Lied About Cost of Gun 'Buyback'

Trudeau's gun confiscation scheme is not only useless and ridiculous, it would cost FAR more than Jean Chretien’s failed gun registry, a project that Liberals promised would only cost taxpayers approx. $2 million dollars. We know now, it cost over $2 Billion, 1000x more than Liberals estimated in 1995.Show more

Today, after several access-to-information requests (ATIPs), and with excellent work done by The Gun Blog, and Bryan Passifiume of the National Post, new information has come to light showing the Trudeau Liberals flat-out lied to Canadians about the projected cost of their so-called 'gun buyback.' They knew the 'true cost,' but that's not what they told Canadians. (see story links in description below).
