Baby Petal rescued and healing

A tied mother donkey was unable to protect her precious baby when a dog chased and attacked her. Animal Aid was called to the rescue and found the baby "Petal" stranded with multiple bite wounds roaming dizzily on the side of the road. Our rescue team could not find her mother—until a distant and desperate braying led them to her. Now, after 13 days of treatment and care she is almost completely healed!
