Valerie Cody is a certified and registered yoga teacher, specializing in the Sivananda-Hatha tradition as well as Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa. She has a bachelor's degree. In 2011, she earned a BA in Communication Studies with a major in Journalism and Public Relations from Waldorf-Astoria College. In 2016, Valerie was certified in "phyto-based" nutrition "by" eCornell. In December 2018, she completed her yoga teacher training at Zen Den Yoga School in Boca Raton, Florida, before being certified to teach yoga and meditation techniques.
