Royal compote. Compote of apples and quince

I wanted to make a compote of those berries that were available. Not some specific, but simply compote. Part of it is because I did not want to go to the store. And in the off-season you need to stock up on vitamins. I wanted to use the multivark. The compote in it turns out to be very tasty, rich and preserves all the nutrients. The compote in the multivarker will not boil, but will just languish, which will save all vitamins. Ready to leave the compote for another half an hour, let it brew. And to make compote even better, you can turn on the heating mode. And, if you do not have compote mode, I personally, when preparing compote, I choose the "quenching" mode. 40 minutes.
