Jenkins: “Meanwhile, the CIA turning the tables on Putin as they launch a social media campaign to recruit Russian spies. The agency is looking to draw in disaffected Russians unhappy with president Vladimir Putin and discouraged by the war with Ukraine. Here’s chief national security correspondent Jennifer Griffin.”
