A Utah jury in March ruled in favor of Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, after retired optometrist Terry Sanderson sued her and the ski resort where she was taking private lessons for $3.1 million after a 2016 ski collision that he claimed left him with a "permanent traumatic brain injury."
