Hey guys,

You might feel claustrophobic being trapped in a small space for a long period of time. Especially when your world goes from this big, vast thing with many people in it, many activities in a large area to this very tiny world.

Most people don't understand what it's like to have your world completely shrink, and when you get claustrophobic, usually you can get out of that space like if you're on an airplane or an elevator, a very tight confined space.

Well, with something like CFS, you're literally claustrophobic in your own body and your world is so small.

You feel like you're getting crushed by reality.

Everything's just caving in on you. Your world gets smaller and smaller.

Everything's shrinking, and on top of that, you're losing all these things you worked so hard for.

BUT..in a time like this, you learn to appreciate what you have around you.

You learn that there are two worlds, the physical world, and the psychological world. And I even like to call it the spiritual world because it really does feel like you're living in another world if you meditate long enough.

An illness like this really forces you to look within and find out who you really are.

Wishing you the best on your path to recovery!
