Firefighters in Kokomo are working without a labor contract for the first time ever

A judge ruled in favor of the City of Kokomo when firefighter union leaders tried to force a dispute into the hands of a third-party moderator. For now, firefighters are working without a labor contract and under the city's employee guidebook.
