A Federal court in Canada has ruled against the Canadian Liberal government in their tyrannical use of the Emergencies Act, to disperse a peaceful protest in February of 2022. In one of the largest examples of government overreach in modern history, the Federal court has deemed the use of the Emergencies Act was unconstitutional and not justified.
