El 18 de Enero del presente año fue aprobada la llamada "Ley de Referéndum" en primera lectura de la Cámara de Diputados de Rep. Dominicana.
En este vídeo analizaré las implicaciones de dicha ley, y qué tan factible es implementar esa figura en nuestro sistema electoral.
