Weaponized Weather explained in 2 minutes!

I have been studying, writing and making videos about weaponized weather for many years. On my Bitchute channel I have an entire playlist devoted to weaponized weather. All weather, all climate, realm wide, over all major city centres has been made for well over one hundred years. The technology is so sophisticated now, the entire world is on a grid software system, whereby the Rothschild Zio Cabal can create any disaster, any climate whenever they want, wherever they want, just by stroking a few keys. One thing necessary for weather creation is a contained system, and that is the reality of our cosmology. If NASA was telling you the truth, it would be impossible for the RZC to create the weather. We live on a flat, domed, non rotating, motionless plane. I have over 500 hundred articles back dated to 1872 on weather creation. The technology to do this has been around forever. To make the weather you need WSAC’s, which are Wet Surface Air Coolers, and these produce the clouds or water vapour, then you need Nexrad/Doppler/HAARP, which are just ionospheric heaters, and next you need chemicals / aerosols / chemtrails sprayed or released by airplanes into the sky. Nuclear, Coal, Pulp & Paper and Steam plants are fiction. These towers, and stacks have always been used to produce clouds and cloud cover. Are disasters are manmade.
