No, Most Police Don't Support Gun Bans

Though there are always exceptions to every rule, in the case of lawful firearm ownership in Canada, the vast majority of Canadians (including those working in law enforcement) understand that legal gun owners are not a threat to public safety. In fact, statistics show law-abiding gun owners are some of the most upstanding (and safest to be around) citizens in the country.

Police know this well, because a lot of them are law-abiding firearm owners too.

Ret. TPS Officer Ron Chhinzer recently joined the growing list of police against the Liberals legal gun bans, and soft-on-crime public safety policies. In fact, better public safety policy is one of the reasons he's running to become the next Conservative candidate for Oakville North-Burlington.

Rod talks about Chhinzer, and the growing list of police, who've publicly pushed back on Trudeau's gun ban legislation, as well as exposing one Liberal MP for making repeated false claims during debate on Bill C-21.
