Ingredients:
Fasting Bars:
• 250 g hazelnuts
• 300 g pitted prunes
• 40 g cranberries
• 50 g grated coconut
• 80 g margarine
• 50 g honey
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 100 g vanilla Tahini Halva (optional for topping)
• 30 hazelnuts (for topping)

Cereal Bars:
• 450 g Tahini (you can replace it with peanut butter)
• 200 g honey
• 200 g dark chocolate
• 150 g nuts (Pistachio, hazelnuts, walnuts)
• 150 g of cereal
• 200 g oats
• 80 g cranberries (you can opt for raisins)

Quinoa Bars:
• 2 cups expanded quinoa
• ¼ cup dehydrated coconut
• ¼ cup peanuts
• 3 tablespoons raisins
• 4 tablespoons honey (you can replace it with Panela honey if you are vegan)
• ½ cup sesame seeds
