Three Little Birds food truck is a breakfast focused food truck in SWFL, owned by Micah Pering and Amanda Cravens. The food truck opened back in October. They each have over 20 years of hospitality experience. Their menu features sweet and savory dishes like wraps, biscuits and gravy and bananas foster. They also have culinary specialties including a Creole menu. They go to several farmers markets in the area and also cater.
